Each leaseholder is permitted to park one vehicle on the premises. Parking spaces are not guaranteed or reserved and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Residents must park in designated areas and follow all community parking regulations. Unauthorized vehicles or vehicles parked in non-designated areas may be towed at the owner's expense.
