|Recommended: YesFirst time buying apartment on my own — the process was incredibly simple, fast, and the communication between us and the property is perfect. they make sure to give clear heads up when things need to be moved or when maintenance staff is going to be coming in to do work. the apartment itself is phenomenal, i have the studio and its exactly what i needed. everything works perfectly and the space is just lovely, i have had zero issues with noise in fact it is the quietest apartment i have ever been to lived in. even with many people having children and pets i have no issue getting sleep. it's a very comfortable space and the place is beautiful, i highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to come here everything has been amazing The only pain in the butt is i work nights, so sometimes i get a really good parking spot, other times not so much, i wouldn't change anything about it though because everyone obviously will have a favorite spot and wants to be up front, first come first serve works well it can just be a tad annoying when you got to park far at 7am. BUT hands down the best place i have ever lived. Thank you so much highline apartments everyone is fantastic

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment home — My partner and I were very happy with our short-term rental at Highline Apartments in Columbia Falls. We work seasonally in the area and travel with dogs, so finding housing can be a challenge. Sam, our property manager, helped us find the best deal for a six month lease and was extremely welcoming to us and our fur family She was always professional, prompt, and polite with communication and our requests were met generally within 24 hours. The property is nestled in a lovely forested area in a convenient location in Columbia Falls and was very dog-friendly, which we really appreciated. Prices are comparable to other apartment complexes in the Flathead Valley, and we were pleasantly surprised at the short-term lease pricing.
