|Recommended: YesNice apartments… — These are nice apartments with little to complain about. Minor issues I have are the sound proofing, could’ve used more during construction because you can sometimes hear through the walls and can definitely hear the people above you. Can’t really fault the current owners for this though. Only other thing is the parking. For the amount of money people pay for rent now days I feel like we should have assigned parking spots. Doesn’t seem like there is enough parking around the individual buildings so when spots fill up people from other buildings park in another buildings parking spaces. Also people seem to be storing motorcycles and other vehicles they are not using on the premises which is annoying. Parking situation is definitely my biggest gripe. Overall I enjoy living here though, nice people.
|Recommended: YesNice living space but not great on communication — Super nice building and love the amenities as well as the neighbors seem nice. The place is kept up well and haven’t had any issues. Only reason it’s not a five star is because we’ve been waiting on our washer and Dryer for about a month now when I was originally told it would be in before we move….not the biggest issue but I’d like to do some laundry without having to haul it to my moms lol.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful apartment setting — We love the location of the apartments. The only downside to living that we have experienced are the neighbors above us. We can hear every single foot step, and with children in their apartment it’s non stop banging and jumping. If it weren’t for the noise this place would be perfect.
|Recommended: NoRent for the studio apartments have gone up 220 within 6 months. Worried about what will happen to these prices in the next 6 months when I renew my lease. Hard tog eat a hold of office staff. There is no club house. No covered parking. Amenities are quite limited for the price of these apartments. I will say that these are quiet apartments with respectful neighbors and a good location.
